As we know, over molding will need two sets mold injection.
For example above 2 cavity bowl mold, after inner part in white colored,
need man hand to manually put inner part inside the second mold, to second molding.

Then big problem will be the locating.
Not like two color mold with rotational system, precision two colors melting by mechanical.
So for over mold, how to locate the inner 100% match with the core of second mold,
otherwise, will cause the melting not uniform; design of pattern not match, etc.

After rich experience two color molding, we already find the solution and greatly succeed.
